Instructions for making all herbal teas -

  1. To mix - combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in a labelled, airtight jar or container out of direct sunlight.

  2. To brew - combine 1 tablespoon of the tea mix with 8 ounces of boiling water (95 degrees celsius). Cover and let steep for 30-45 minutes. Strain, sweeten to taste with honey and serve.
